Ing the conquest of the Mexican market
The Dutch insurance group ING has acquired for a consideration of 840 million euros the 41.5% stake in Seguros Commercial, Mexican company leader in the insurance industry. The transaction will allow Eng to increase its presence in the Central American market, whose growth rates are very high and higher than the European Union.
