The Swedish government will announce the details of the Initial Public telephone operator Telia. The transaction will enhance the phone company Scandinavian between 210 and 276 billion Swedish kronor, or between 25 and 30 billion euros. The percentage of the capital made available to investors will be around 20%. The IPO on Telia is the largest public offering made in Europe this year and one of the 10 most relevant in the world. In analysts’ expectations, the percentage of capital bid should have been wandering between 30 and 35 per cent but the difficult period for the telecommunications industry has led the Swedish government to reduce the number of shares offered.
